બનાવો ફરાળી થાળી | Farali thali recipe | ઉપવાસ માટે ફરાળી થાળી | ફરાળી રેસીપી

Ingredients:

Sides Sabudana Papad, Fruits,Chaas
For Upvas Kadhi
12 Cup Sour Curd
3 tbs Amarnathflourrajgira flour
1 tsp Ginger chilli paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Curry leaves and 1 dry red chilli
2-3 tsp Sugar
1-2 tbs Ghee

For Farali Moryo
12 Cup Samo Moryo
1 Medium Potatoes
curry leaves
salt to taste
1 tbs Ghee and 1-2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
12 tsp Clove cinnamon powder
fist full Peanuts
2.5 cups of water
add curd and sugar if not making kadhi after moryo cooked

For Rajgira Puri
2-3 cup Of Rajgira flour
salt to taste
1 tsp Oil and water to knead dough

For Rajgira shiro
12 Cup Rajgira flour
14 cup Ghee
14 cup Sugar
1 cup of hot water
some almonds sliced
and 12 tsp Cardamom Powder

Dry potatoes Sabji

4 Potatoes Boiled, peeled and Chopped
2-3 tbs Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
curry leaves
2-3 green chilli
1 tsp Ginger chilli paste
2 tbs Dry Coconut
3-4 tbs roasted peanut Powder
lemon juice as per taste
2 tsp Sugar
and salt as per taste

For Farali Cutlet
3 boiled and mashed Potatoes
4 tbs sabudana and 4 tbs Peanut Powder
1.5 tsp Ginger chilli paste
6-7 tbs Rajgira flour
1 tsp Cinnamon clove powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
salt to taste
2 tsp Powdered SUgar
12 Lemon Juice
3-4 tbs Coriander Leaves
12 tsp Black pepper Powder
5-6 tbs Oil To shallow Fry
