Ingredients:

Farali shakriya ni Kheer
300-400 gm Boiled sweet potatoes
1 litre full fatmilk
4 tbs Sugar
almond and pistachio slices
14 to 12 tsp cardamom powder

Farali Petis
2 boiled sweet potatoes
2 small boiled potatoes or 1 boiled medium potatoes
coriander leaves
2 tsp Ginger chili paste
sugar,salt and lemon juice
2-3 tbs roasted peanut powder
3 tbs Tapkir or farali araroot flour
14 tsp cinnamon clove powder

Farali Parathathepla
1 cup Rajgira ke farali flour
2-3 small boiled potatoes
1 tsp ginger chili paste
coriander leaves
salt and black pper powder

Farali suki bhaji
oil
cumin seeds
2 boiled Chopped sweet potatoes
2 small potatoes
salt ot taste
12 tsp red chili powder
curry leaves
1 green chili
1-2 tsp Ginger chili paste
salt ,sugar and lemon juice
coriander leaves
black paper powder

Farali khichdi
12 cup MOryo or samo or barnyard millet
1 potato chopped
cinnamon stick and 3 cloves
curry leaves
salt
sugar
14 cup curd
1-2 tsp ginger chili paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
ghee and oil
black pper powder as per taste

Farali papad or wafers and green farali chutney
