ડો.ભરતભાઈ બોઘરાએ સ્વ. જીગ્નેશભાઈના સેવાકીય કાર્યોને યાદ કરતાં જણાવ્યું કે કેવી રીતે તેમણે વર્ષો પહેલાં બોલબાલા ટ્રસ્ટની સ્થાપના કરી લાખો જરૂરિયાતમંદોની સેવા કરી. તેમણે કહ્યું કે જીગ્નેશભાઈનું નિધન એ રાજકોટના સેવા જગત માટે એક એવી ખોટ છે જે ક્યારેય પુરી શકાશે નહીં.
